1. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and API keys confidential. Keys grant programmatic access to your workspace — rotate or revoke any you do not recognize.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Launchxo lawfully and to respect the terms of any third-party service you connect (email providers, social platforms, registrars, DNS providers). You are responsible for the content you generate, publish, and send, and for honoring each platform's rules (including disclosure of AI-generated media).
3. AI-generated content
Content is produced by AI and may contain errors. Review before publishing. You own the content you generate.
4. Trials & billing
Trial accounts are time-limited. Paid plans (when enabled) bill in advance and can be canceled at any time. We may adjust plan features and pricing with notice.
5. Service availability
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond fees paid in the prior 12 months.
